1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using ChatAnalyzer (the "Service"), you fully accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of any future modifications to these terms.

2. Service description

ChatAnalyzer is a platform that uses third-party artificial intelligence models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to analyze text conversations and generate interpretations of communicational patterns, relational dynamics and personality styles. The results are informational and orientative only.

3. Acceptable use

By using ChatAnalyzer, you agree to:

• Use the Service only with conversations you have a right to access and analyze.
• Not upload content that violates the privacy rights of third parties without their consent.
• Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities toward third parties.
• Not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems of other users.
• Not use analysis results to discriminate, harass, or harm individuals.

4. Privacy and data

Chats you upload are processed by third-party AI models and stored in our database associated with your account. By using the Service, you accept that:

• Chat content is transmitted to the AI providers you select (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google) under their own privacy policies.
• Generated analyses are saved to your account and can be deleted at any time.
• We do not share your personal information or chat content with third parties beyond the AI providers necessary for the Service to function.
• You are responsible for obtaining consent from the people whose conversations you upload to the Service.

5. API keys and billing

ChatAnalyzer uses API keys you provide to connect to the AI models. Costs of using those APIs are entirely your responsibility and governed by each provider's terms. ChatAnalyzer does not charge commissions and has no access to your keys beyond their use to process your requested analyses.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChatAnalyzer will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to: decisions made based on generated analyses, data loss, or incorrect interpretations of results.

7. Intellectual property

The code, design, brand and original content of ChatAnalyzer are the property of its creators. The analyses generated from your chats belong to you. The AI models used are the property of their respective providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).

8. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the Service after any change implies your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
